Terms & Conditions


You are responsible for your child's safety at the centres at all times & parents MUST remain in the class at all times whilst children are in their classes. Parents must remain onsite in our waiting area whilst children are in 3 - 5 Years classes.

Taking a break from us

In order to be flexible, but stay within our limits for class sizes, we ask for minimum 4 weeks notice to cancel your child’s place. This means that in most situations you will make one more payment to us before your cancellation is completed. You can attend classes all the way until your end date. This does not affect your membership, you are able to re-join later in the year if you wish.

Comfy clothes and bare feet

To support movement we recommend Tumble Tots wear stretchy comfy clothes.

Tumble Tots must be barefoot in every session. This helps them to grip, and balance!

Snacks and drinks

To prevent spills and slips we ask for NO snacks or drinks inside the gym space. You're always welcome to step into a corridor or waiting room if your child needs a sip. 

Photos

We do allow parents to take photos/videos during Tumble Tot classes.

We ask all families to ensure NO other child is included in the pictures. If you choose to share on social media do tag our accounts!

Membership

After your trial sessions a £28 annual insurance fee is required. This is a payment made to the TT head office in addition to your class fees. Within membership packs children will receive the Tumble Tots iconic yellow T-Shirt to wear with pride in classes as well as other Tumble Tots goodies! It is essential that your child becomes a Tumble Tots Member if they attend more than one session as this includes their ongoing Personal Accident Insurance Cover.
